Additional charges

  • Shipping: courier (zone-based), Yu-Packet (¥450 flat), Letter Pack Plus (¥600 flat)
  • Free shipping: orders ¥10,000 (incl. tax) and up (same order & destination)

When payment is due

  • Bank/postal transfer & convenience store: prepaid within 7 days after the order confirmation email
  • Credit card / PayPal / Rakuten Pay: at the time of order

Order validity

If prepaid funds are not confirmed within 7 days after the order confirmation email, the order will be cancelled automatically.

Quantity limits

Stock is limited. We are not currently accepting preorders or backorders. For limited-arrival items, purchase limits may apply (see product pages).

Fulfillment & Shipping

Dispatch timing

  • Prepaid orders: usually ship within 1–3 business days after funds are confirmed
  • Online payments: usually ship within 1–3 business days after order confirmation

Closed: Sundays & Mondays (no shipping or support)

Carriers: Japan Post (Yu-Packet / Letter Pack Plus / Yu-Pack, etc.) or other optimal methods at our discretion.

Returns / Exchanges / Cancellations (Return Terms)

1) Buyer’s remorse returns (unopened/unused)

  • Return window: within 30 days of delivery
  • Condition: factory-sealed with inner bags uncut and all accessories/manuals/outer box intact and in the same condition as delivered
  • Costs: return shipping paid by the customer; a restocking fee (up to 15%) may apply

2) Our fault (initial defect, wrong item, shortage, not-as-described)

  • Contact deadline: within 7 days of delivery by email
  • Resolution: exchange for the same item, arrange missing parts, or refund (if the same item is unavailable, we may offer an equivalent item or refund)
  • Shipping costs: covered by us when we are at fault
  • After-sales support: inquiries regarding manufacturing defects/shortages are accepted for up to 3 months after delivery (priority on exchanges/parts; refunds generally limited to the initial defect window)

3) Photos for claims

To resolve cases quickly and fairly, we ask for photos as follows:

  • Initial defects, wrong item, shortages, or transit damage: please email photos of the shipping box with label, packing, contents, and the issue within 7 days. Keep the outer carton and packing materials for possible carrier inspection.
  • Buyer’s-remorse returns (unopened/unused): photos are optional, but providing images of seals and outer packaging can speed authorization. We may request them if needed to confirm eligibility.

4) Not eligible for return/exchange

  • Minor scuffs/dents on outer boxes/sleeves that do not affect use of the contents
  • Minor corner dents on books that do not affect the content
  • Plastic model kits with inner bags opened or parts cut from sprues; decals that have been cut/used or soaked
  • Items assembled, painted, modified, missing accessories, or otherwise not in original purchase condition
  • Custom/special-order items or products marked “non-returnable” on the product page
