Free Shipping: Orders totaling ¥8,000 or more qualify for free shipping (A / B / C only, same order and destination).
* Category D (Extra-large) is excluded from free shipping. |

Estimated Dispatch Time
- Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Closed on: Sundays and Mondays (additional holiday closures will be announced separately).
Shipping Methods
- We select the most suitable carrier from Japan Post, Yamato Transport, or Sagawa Express.
- A tracking number will be sent by email once your order has shipped.
Combined & Split Shipments
- Items that can be shipped together will be combined into one package whenever possible.
- Orders containing D (Extra-large) items may be shipped separately from other items.
Shipping Fee Display
- The final shipping fee is shown in the “Delivery” section during checkout.
- If your order includes D (Extra-large), the fee may be displayed as “To be advised.”
Important Notes
- Additional charges for re-delivery or forwarding due to incorrect addresses or long-term absence will be the customer’s responsibility.
